If you know me, you know how much I like to binge watch series on Netflix. Literally. Every. Day.

I always feel a bit lost when I finish a series and not sure what to watch next, but I always find something that catches my eye and get sucked into. My issue is I always watch my TV series way too quickly as I'm dying to know what happens next! But I do feel a little bit unsettled if the whole series is not released in one go and it's an episode a week - total nightmare for me!

So here is a list of what I have loved recently..

1. Orange is the New Black
I'm not going to spoil the new series for anyone who hasn't watched it yet, but it literally came out on the Friday and I managed to watch all the new episodes by the Monday night. I love all the character's in this series and I thought the new characters in series 6 were pretty good too! I have noticed that the first couple series of OITNB were quite funny and not as serious, but from series 3 on wards it does start to have a dark turn and gets into the nitty gritty of things. I wonder if there will be a series 7 next year..

2. The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina
I was so excited when this came out as I kept thinking it would be like the series on Nickelodeon I watched as a child - boy, how wrong was I! This is so much darker and is based on the original books. There were some part's that did completely freak me out, especially on the run up to Halloween!

3. Reign
Now this has been floating about Netflix for a very long time, but I'm quite into my history and because this series is all about the life of Mary Queen of Scots, I just had to watch it! I'm literally gripped from the beginning, from fights, murders, sex, etc.. it's very dramatised but some parts are based on the real life story of the Queen. I was a bit gutted they decided to end this series and hoped they would carry it on with Mary's son, James.

4. Evil Genius
This is a very short series on Netflix, but it was so interesting to watch, even Calum got into it! This is based on true events of a crime which happened back in the 1990's. At first it looks pretty straight forward to get it solved, but there are so many twists and turns throughout the episodes. I don't want to divulge to much about it, but I highly recommend it if you're into real life crime.

5. 13 Reasons Why
There has been a lot of backlash for this series, due to how real it is when it comes to suicide and other issues surrounding youth of today. But I have watched it a few times now and I think it's great that it's bringing these issues to the forefront and making us think. If you haven't watched this series yet, it's about Hannah Baker being bullied to the point were she commits suicide. And season 2 is about the aftermath of her death. I would advise though, that if you are feeling fragile yourself, to watch this with someone as some scenes can be upsetting.

What are you currently watching on Netflix?
